An Engineering Education Australia training course:

This two-day course will ensure you understand fundamental financial concepts and principles, key financial variables and metrics (and their interrelationship), and opportunities to positively influence financial results. The course uses unique financial models, practical examples, thought-provoking case studies, group discussions, and quizzes to develop your financial acumen.

Upon completion of the course, you'll be able to define and use financial terminology, interpret balance sheets and income statements, appreciate strategic financial goals and priorities, better evaluate financial issues and performance, communicate more effectively with senior managers and financial personnel, explain how individual projects influence financial productivity, and justify proposals or recommendations from a financial perspective.

Who should attend?
