SPONSORED CONTENT The exclusive Melbourne Design Studio attracted 155 guests including key architects, builders, media contacts and developers to celebrate the launch of the new prime space located in the heart of the CBD.
The night proved a huge success with acclaimed businesswoman, Janet Holmes a Court AC, officially opening the Collins Street Design Studio. Guests were entertained by the well-loved MC Tim Ross, with songs by Ricki Lee Coulter on a night to remember for those in attendance.
Covering a total of 240 square metres, the Design Studio, designed by Red Design Group and built by RBG Services, features high end products on display, including Austral Bricks; Poesia, Nubrik and La Paloma bricks, Austral Masonry GB Porcelain honed block, Terracade glazed white, and Bristile Roofing Curvado. The stairs are created with the beautiful Wormy Chestnut timber, leading up to the boardroom and hotdesks on the mezzanine level.
Urbanstone Austral Pearl provides high end stone flooring for the studio which is located close to key CBD based Melbourne Architects such as ARM Architecture, Ellenberg Fraser, Hassell and Woods Bagot.
The new studio is well equipped to host various industry events with an LED Super Screen Video Wall and a PA System, cameras setup for live streaming, an impressive commercial kitchen, as well as video conferencing including a hearing loop for the hearing impaired.
The bar has certainly been raised with the launch of the Melbourne Design Studio which will function as a high end and stylish event space, while showcasing the latest in innovative design trends offering a stylish selection of Brickworks Building Products’ materials.
