With six years recruitment experience, four years as an engineering technician and three years as a software sales consultant, Bradley supports construction and engineering companies involved in water infrastructure and utilities projects, with a focus on pre-contracts, project delivery and senior assignments. It is this holistic experience that allows Bradley to share in the candidate experience, and enables him to understand the drivers and challenges clients go through when recruiting and growing their teams.

Steve (he/him) is a father of two daughters and a self-proclaimed Star Wars enthusiast. He has been working in the graduate industry for over a decade and currently leads the Graduate Talent Acquisition team for GHD, a global professional services company. The team is responsible for designing and delivering the recruitment experience for students across Australia and New Zealand. Steve is also an Ally and a passionate advocate for STEM education, and he has been working to engage First Nations students to join GHD's Graduate and Internship programs.
